About the SC Food Grades Application    

Welcome to SC Food Grades! Use this tool to view risk-based inspection scores for all facilities permitted under South Carolina Regulation 61-25, including restaurants, delis, school cafeterias, grocery stores, retail meat markets, bakeries, seafood markets and convenience stores. Please see our Food Inspections Website, Regulation 61-25 and the Risk Based Inspection Website for additional information. This app is accessible via current versions of desktop and mobile browsers and contains inspections from the last three years.

Using the Application

1. Use the search box in the top panel to search for any facility in South Carolina by name. Additional options are available including the ability to search by the current map extent (only restaurants currently displayed on screen) or city.

2. Click on the map to search for facilities by location. Multiple facilities at a single location are indicated on the map by a .

3. Use the button in the top panel to toggle the map's background.

4. Use the button in the top panel to toggle the legend on and off.


Browser Compatibility

The DHEC SC Food Grades application is supported on the following browsers: Microsoft IE 7-11, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari.
